You will close the day and ensure smooth shift transition for the next business day. The role requires a friendly, patient professional with strong communication skills, reliability and a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain club cleanliness and organization.
• Close the shift for the business day and prepare bank deposit.
