Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests. This role also closes that day’s shift and prepares the next day's bank deposit.

You will greet visitors, handle front desk duties, sign up new members, conduct tours, update accounts, respond to questions, and escalate issues to management when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members in.
• New member sign-up and tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions/concerns; escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for next day.
