Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to ensure a positive member experience and deliver high-quality customer service to members, prospects, and guests. You will also close the day’s shift and create the bank deposit accurately.

You will greet, check-in, sign-up and tour prospective members, while updating accounts and handling inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service and professional interaction.

• Diplomacy in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Take tours for prospective members.
• Update member accounts.
• Respond to questions and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
• Close shift and prepare the next day’s bank deposit.
