Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is hiring an Overnight Member Service Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, and drive sales during the 9:30pm–6am shift. You will provide courteous, accurate information, perform tours, and ensure club cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Self-starter with initiative and reliability.
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to pass a background check; willingness to become CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to member needs and deliver efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer phones promptly and provide knowledgeable information.
• Assist callers with accurate information during inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Perform member calls/tours; assess membership needs and promote services.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitizing of the club and equipment during shift.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies in a customer-friendly way.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners franchise.
