Planet Fitness in New Bedford is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer service experience in a welcoming, judgement-free environment. You will assist members, manage check-ins, and support club operations with a positive, reliable attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting the Judgement Free Zone, resolving concerns, handling sign-ups and memberships, and meeting sales goals while maintaining club cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter/exit; assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones politely and assist callers with inquiries.
