Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospective members. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, check-in members, and conduct club tours while promoting a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing memberships and purchases at the POS, maintaining a clean lobby, and supporting team operations with policy updates and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new memberships and existing membership questions on the POS.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regularly clean and upkeep the facility and equipment.
• Assist with training and adapting to new policies and systems.
