Job summary

Planet Fitness in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free Zone experience to members and guests. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, answer inquiries, and promote the club’s services.

The role includes up-to-date cleanliness, routine restrooms, and collaborating with the Club Manager on escalated concerns, with opportunities for full-time or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist them with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership tasks: sign-ups, updating contact/billing info, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, transferring memberships.
• Aim to meet/exceed individual sales goals; contribute to monthly/yearly club goals.
• Conduct member calls and tours; assess needs for memberships.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and Recovery Zone; sanitize spaces.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and organized; follow cleaning schedules.
• Walk club areas to address safety/policy issues and cleanliness.
