Planet Fitness in Methuen, MA is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a friendly, judgement-free experience to members and guests. You will greet people, assist with sign-ups and inquiries, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and help meet club sales goals.

Training is provided, with emphasis on cleanliness and safety across the club. Join a team that values positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns during check-in
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries
• Handle membership functions: sign-ups, update contact/billing info, cancellations, and transfers
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals
• Maintain cleanliness: equipment, Restrooms, and Recovery Zone areas
• Address safety/policy issues and maintenance concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively, Build relationships, and uphold CORE values
