Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee, seeks an Overnight Member Service Representative to greet members, answer calls, and process transactions during the 9:30 pm–6 am shift. The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and sales goals in a fast-paced club setting.

You’ll work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners network, with a $10 per hour base pay plus a $1 overnight differential.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred (6–12 months).
• Be punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Answer phones and assist callers with information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct tours to assess membership needs and promote services.
• Process retail transactions and meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize the club and equipment during shift.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies accurately.
• Work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners network.
