Responsibilities include maintaining accurate member records, addressing inquiries promptly, and assisting with tours.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact professionally with members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-ins, phone calls, tours.
• Update and maintain member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions/concerns and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure club cleanliness and close the shift daily.
• Prepare bank deposits for next day.
