Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated overnight Member Services Representative to join our team. You will welcome members, answer inquiries, check in guests, and provide tours to prospective members in a friendly, Judgment Free environment.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, punctuality, and the ability to work well with a team. You will maintain front desk cleanliness and assist with memberships and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regularly clean and upkeep the facility, including exercise equipment and amenities.
