Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver outstanding member experiences at the Cincinnati club. You will greet guests, assist with front desk tasks, handle sign-ups and tours, and ensure accurate banking deposits to close each day.

You will also update member records, answer questions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while coordinating with management as needed for escalations.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones, check members into the system, sign-up new members, and take tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Keep the club clean and organized.
• Close the shift for the business day and prepare the bank deposit for the next day.
