Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, assist with sign-ups, give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions/concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness.
• Close the shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
