Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience in a welcoming Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet guests, process sign-ups, answer inquiries, and assist with memberships while promoting a positive atmosphere.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, strong communication, punctuality, and adherence to club policies. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with check-ins.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, renewals.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members and close memberships.
• Process retail transactions and help meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
• Address maintenance or safety issues and escalate as needed.
