Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to greet members, answer phones, process check-ins, and sign up new members, including giving tours. You will handle front desk duties and ensure accurate deposits.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, a passion for fitness, reliability, and a positive, professional demeanor. This is a third-shift, on-site position at our Florence location.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: answer phones, check members into the system, new member sign-up, and tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for that business day.
• Create a bank deposit for next day.
