Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales & Service Overnight employee to engage members, answer membership questions, and support onboarding. The role includes maintaining a clean, friendly club environment, handling check-in, and assisting with promotions and personal training add-ons.

The SSO will interact with guests, resolve concerns, and contribute to a best-in-class member-centric experience while following the company service commitments.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in customer service.
• Prior overnight shift experience preferred.
• CPR & AED certification required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).

Responsibilities

• Greet members on check-in and resolve inquiries; maintain a welcoming environment.
• Provide club tours, discuss amenities, and assist with onboarding for new members.
• Promote and sell in-club promotions and retail products; support referral activities.
