Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR & AED certification required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.
• 6–12 months experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and address needs.
• Provide club tours and answer membership questions.
• Promote Personal Training, add-on memberships, and other promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe club floor and locker rooms.
• Support onboarding of new members with trainers.
