Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification from approved organization required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with check-in and address needs.
• Provide tours and answer membership questions to onboard new members.
• Promote and demonstrate fitness services and programs.
• Maintain clean, safe club environment and assist with promotions.
• Escalate member concerns through proper channels when needed.
