Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate in Port Orchard, WA for a part-time, overnight shift. You will handle front desk duties, greet members and guests, process signups, and assist with club upkeep while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also answer calls, provide information to prospects, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects the brand promise. Prior CS experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle complaints.
• Sell memberships and process new sign‑ups.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and tours for prospects.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and club upkeep.
