Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Officer (SSO) to join the Club Operations team. This role focuses on welcoming guests, answering membership questions, and guiding members toward fitness goals while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

You will engage with members during check-in, resolve concerns, and help promote Personal Training, group services, and add-ons. The SSO reports to the Sales & Service Manager and participates in the Fitness & Membership commission

Qualifications

• Experience with 24 Hour Fitness membership sales and front-desk processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with check-in, addressing needs promptly.
• Serve as a resource for member questions and concerns, escalating when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe club floor and locker rooms; conduct regular team cleans.
• Offer club tours, discuss amenities, and answer membership questions to inspire sign-ups.
• Promote in-club promotions and retail products; guide members to add-ons.
