Job summary

Planet Fitness is opening a new Lexington club and seeks an Overnight Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience around the clock. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, promote our Judgement Free Zone, and support the team on the floor while upholding club policies.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, processing sign-ups and updates, driving retail sales, and maintaining clean, safe facilities. A positive, reliable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability a must.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone; assist on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns; escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones courteously; assist callers with inquiries.
• Process sign-ups and membership updates, cancellations.
• Conduct member calls and tours; assess needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean equipment and spa amenities; sanitize areas.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and uncluttered.
• Perform safety checks and address issues promptly.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns.
