Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior, Judgement Free member experience at the club level. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, promote our welcoming environment, and support health and fitness journeys.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing memberships, executing retail transactions, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and ensuring restrooms and spaces are maintained. Joining offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and offering support for their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle membership tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, outstanding balances, transfers.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly; follow cleaning schedule.
• Conduct routine club area walks and address safety/policy issues.
• Report maintenance/facility concerns (e.g., broken fixtures) promptly.
