Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. You will greet members, answer questions, and assist with check-in and club tours, delivering an exceptional “Judgement Free” experience in a busy fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist new memberships and existing membership questions on the POS.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and orderliness.
• Regularly clean and stock restrooms/locker rooms and assist with cleaning tasks.
