Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk/ membership services associate in Saint Paul, MN. You will greet potential members, sign in guests, present tours, and handle routine account changes with a focus on delivering an exceptional member experience.

The role includes front-desk duties, information calls, and maintaining cleanliness. Shifts are structured with a mix of 4 eight-hour blocks, deep cleaning, and ongoing training to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Willingness to stand and walk for the majority of shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members, delivering a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks, information calls, member check-ins and tours.
• Assist with account changes and member service questions; escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and neatness throughout the shift.
• Support deep cleaning and training activities as part of the Shift Expectations.
