Paycom - ATS seeks a Front Desk/Member Services representative to welcome potential members, answer inquiries, and guide tours, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will assist with sign-ups, check-ins, and amenity usage while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Role requires strong customer service skills, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a full-time schedule on site in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members to provide a great experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answer phone calls politely.
• Provide information calls and tours to potential members.
• Assist with member sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, BCM amenity use.
• Forward complex service issues to Club Manager or Team Lead.
• Help maintain club neatness and cleanliness.
