Paycom - ATS in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a front desk/customer service associate (Full-Time/Part-Time) to create a positive member experience. You will greet potential members, answer questions by phone, give information tours, and assist with sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.

You will handle member services issues, route complex questions to the Club Manager or Team Lead, and help keep the club neat and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answer phone calls, provide information, and give tours; assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
