Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach, CA seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and set the tone for memorable stays. You will assist with facilities, billing, and concierge coordination to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, English proficiency, and a professional presentation. Opera Cloud experience is a plus within a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality required.
• Opera Cloud experience an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality Diploma is an asset.
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
• Ability to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist guests with hotel facilities and services and answer their questions.
• Maintain guest accounts and ensure accurate billing at checkout.
• Upsell hotel facilities and programs to enhance guest stays.
• Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill requests.
