Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and ensure a seamless first impression. You will manage reservations, answer questions about the property and surrounding area, and coordinate with other teams to fulfill guest requests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell services while upholding Luxe standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality experience required.
• Opera Cloud experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them in the system, verifying reservation details.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities and local area.
• Maintain guest accounts and settle charges at checkout.
• Promote the hotel loyalty program and upsell services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to fulfill requests.
