Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach is seeking a polished Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and set the tone for a luxurious stay. You will verify reservations, answer questions about facilities and dining, and escort guests as needed.

The position requires at least 1 year in hospitality, strong English skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality required.
• Proficiency in English language (verbal & written) is essential.
• Luxury hospitality experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and register guests into the computer.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and local information in an informative way.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately at check-in and check-out.
• Promote the loyalty program and enroll members upon arrival.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill guest requests.
