Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach seeks a guest services associate to greet guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and maintain a welcoming lobby. You will work closely with concierge and valet teams to ensure smooth experiences and handle luggage efficiently.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to busy periods, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Employee discounts and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities
