Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Front Desk/Front Office Associate to provide exceptional service during overnight and peak periods. Greet guests, verify reservations, and ensure smooth check-ins in a luxury environment.

You will manage guest accounts, handle cash and billing accurately, assist with concierge requests, and collaborate with housekeeping to deliver an unforgettable stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality.
• Luxury hospitality experience is an asset.
• Opera Cloud experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written); second language is an asset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to guests.
• Greet guests upon arrival and register with accurate reservation details.
• Maintain guest accounts and settle charges at departure.
• Promote the loyalty program and enroll members on arrival.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone, email or in person and resolve promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and bell staff to fulfill requests.
