Qualifications

• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to guests.
• Greet guests and register them into the system, verifying reservations and details.
• Maintain guest folios and ensure accurate billing at departure.
• Collaborate with concierge and guest services to fulfill requests and events.
