Qualifications

• Guest relations experience preferred.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly service to guests.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell rooms and services.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Handle reservations using Opera Cloud and update notes.
• Respond to emails, calls and texts within standards.
• Ensure timely check-in/check-out and billing accuracy.
