Job summary

Fairmont Breakers in Long Beach is seeking a polished Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will greet arrivals, check guests in, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and concierge to ensure a flawless stay.

This role requires the ability to work overnight shifts, handle multiple tasks, and maintain accurate cash handling and records. We offer training, room discounts, and opportunities to grow within our iconic property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality required.
• Opera Cloud experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly service to guests.
• Greet guests and register them; verify reservations and payments.
• Maintain guest accounts and settle at departure.
• Upsell hotel facilities and promote loyalty program.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and concierge.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with luggage handling and check-in/out procedures.
