Job summary

You should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service venue, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset. Evening and overnight availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and functional and kept in order.
• Conduct briefings with front- and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
