Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service for customers at the Bellingham location. The role includes leading opening, prep, and closing duties while coordinating with the chef leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service for guests.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen operational costs and adhere to budgets.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in good working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre/post-service.
• Meet operating and quality standards; present a professional leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
