Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-tier food quality and service. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage orders, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure top-quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries following company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure sufficient stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas and cleaning schedules.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and in good working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Ensure operating and quality standards are met.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style at all times.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
