Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team during opening, service, and closing duties.

• Receive and process kitchen orders and ensure proper stock and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices and budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure equipment is safe to operate and maintained.
• Provide briefings to front- and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
