Job summary

Wonder seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and uphold top‑quality food and service. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with the chef leadership team to deliver excellence in every order.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced restaurant, strong communication, and a professional leadership style. Overnight shifts include a $2 premium per hour where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising or leading a team in a Quick Service or full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high service quality.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back‑of‑house areas.
