Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-tier quality and service for guests. The role involves leading a restaurant team during opening, prep, and service, coordinating with chef leadership, and managing orders, stock, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in service, opening, prep and closing.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and ordering with staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and functioning.
• Brief staff before and after service.
• Meet operating and quality standards; maintain professional leadership.
• Participate in training and development for employees.
