The role includes leading a fast-paced team across opening, prep, and closing duties, with responsibilities that span orders, deliveries, and inventory coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with chef leadership and other departments to ensure guests receive high quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas and cleaning schedules.
• Monitor kitchen operational costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and in full working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Ensure all operating and quality standards are met.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
