Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Springfield location to oversee kitchen operations, lead the team, and ensure top quality food and service. The role includes opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with chefs, and processing orders in line with company protocol.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and cost controls while maintaining clear communication with front- and back-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervising/team leadership in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed.
• Monitor kitchen costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functioning.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training and development for staff.
