Overnight shifts carry a $2 premium per hour; regular pay is $21.00/hour. Full-time and part-time options apply, with schedules varying by location and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments for high quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock, assist with supplies and ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Monitor operating costs and budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Brief staff pre- and post-service; uphold standards.
• Present professional, ethical leadership; coach and develop staff.
