Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service. The role includes leading opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with the chef leadership team, and managing orders and stock to support overnight and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with chef leadership and other departments to ensure guests receive high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas.
