Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee our kitchen operations in Prince Frederick, ensuring top-notch food quality and service for customers. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with chefs and departments to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supervising or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prepping, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
