Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead team members through opening, prep, and closing tasks while coordinating with chefs and other departments to deliver excellence.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant, strong leadership and communication skills, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be 21 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team members in service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices align with schedules.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and in good working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with front and back-of-house staff.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style at all times.
• Participate in training and development for restaurant staff.
