Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and service for customers in Franconia. You will lead the restaurant team during opening, prep, and closing duties and coordinate with the chef leadership team.

This role supports overnight operations and requires availability for evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a base pay rate of $21.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour overnight premium.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team during opening, prep and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and functional.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefs with staff.
• Uphold operating and quality standards.
• Provide professional leadership and coaching to employees.
• Participate in training and development for restaurant staff.
