Extended Stay America in Indianapolis is seeking a Night Service Representative, Part-Time, to greet guests, handle after-hours needs, and respond within 30 minutes during overnight shifts. The role provides onsite lodging while on the overnight on-call schedule and emphasizes courtesy, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will manage check-ins/check-outs, protect hotel keys, log events, and stay proficient with property management systems and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes during overnight hours.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety situations.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard against misplacement or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including registering guests and collecting payments.
• Keep up to date with hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Report safety, guest, and security concerns per policy.
