Live on-site lodging is provided, with the overnight on-call schedule and potential coverage of nearby hotels. The position emphasizes English communication, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Proficient in English reading and speaking.
• Strong computer and data entry skills incl. hotel systems.
• Effective communicator with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and noises.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and log them as needed.
• Process limited check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when necessary.
• Stay updated on policies, safety, and property hours.
• Assist with directions, amenities, and local info for guests.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to folios.
• Cover other local hotels if staffing requires.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
