Job summary

Extended Stay America NSR Suites is seeking a Part Time overnight team member in Bloomington, IL. You will be on-call during overnight hours, live onsite in a hotel room, and respond promptly to guest needs, emergencies, and after-hours check-ins.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and efficient use of hotel systems, with duties spanning greeting guests, issuing room keys, and assisting during nighttime operations at a busy property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and noise complaints.
• Safeguard hotel keys and logs; manage check-ins/check-outs as needed.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with responders when required.
• Cover other nearby hotels during staffing needs when requested.
